NEONA & RW

I’m a women’s holistic coach with a focus on trauma-informed support. I help women reconnect with their bodies, emotions, and inner wisdom — gently, honestly, and without bullshit — so they can feel safer, more grounded, and more empowered. I’ll be upfront: I don’t have it all figured out. I have meh days, messy days, and days that are actually pretty great. I’m not a therapist, doctor, or miracle worker. What I am is someone with lived experience, years of education in holistic modalities, and a deep understanding of the messy, layered process of healing.

I’m a woman who refused to give up. For most of my life, my body and I weren’t friends. Healing didn’t come from pushing harder — it came from softening, listening, and building a relationship with myself. Ritual became my secret weapon. Simple acts — brewing tea with intention, bathing by candlelight with music, moving mindfully — weren’t just self-care; they became presence, repair, and connection. This is the art of ritual: meeting yourself exactly where you are, every single day.

At 21, after being hit with Lymphoma and Lupus, I had to rethink how I cared for myself. Structure and “routine” had never felt safe or inspiring. Then I discovered ritual. It offered consistency without force — devotion without pressure. Through daily, intentional practices, my health and life slowly began to shift.

I learned to work with my body, mind, and spirit — not against them. I spent years feeling like a victim to my thoughts and physical limitations, and reclaiming myself was liberating. Gentle movement, meditation, creativity, rest, and connection taught me that healing doesn’t require perfection — it requires presence and consistency.

Self-discipline — yes, the word tattooed on my wrist — isn’t punishment. It’s devotion. Quiet commitment. Loving yourself through repeated, intentional actions. Wellness doesn’t arrive at your door. You build it. You practice it. You live it.

This is what we do at Ritual Women. I won’t make you run to the gym or tell you who to be. I’ll guide you inward — to your inner world, where real, lasting change begins. Moving energy, tending to your nervous system, and creating meaningful rituals are the gateways to the life you’ve been imagining. Healing is a process. It takes courage. And trust me, it is worth it. Everything I teach, I practice daily — and I’ll walk with you as you learn the art of ritual.
