Does RW offer Packages for services?

Yes! Ritual Women is offered in 6 week, 3 months, or 6 month options at a discounted price. Sessions are also available as paid per session. You can purchase a wellness package with Meditation and Yoga or Energy Medicine as well. These would be grouped together in a bundle of anywhere between 3-10 sessions. 

What forms of payment does RW accept?

RW accepts Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal for distant sessions. For in person sessions, all of the above PLUS cash is also accepted. RW does not currently accept checks.

Does RW accept payment plans? 

​

When services are purchased in bundles or as a program, a payment plan option is available, where payments can be broken up with a held credit card. Discounts are not included in payment plans. Please inquire for more deets. 

How do I book a session with RW?

​

You can e-mail Neona or connect with her via instagram. You can also schedule a session on RW's site using our booking page. Once we've met, you can also then schedule sessions via text too. All sessions will be held virtually, over the phone, or via email and text. 

How should I prepare for a session?

​

Please wear comfy clothing, be hands free, have a notebook and pen nearby, and a glass of water or tea. Having crystals, calming scents, or flowers close by can also add to the experience of a grounding and successful session. All RW services are held virtually online or over the phone. 

What should I know before booking with RW?

​

Some things that may come up during energy work and other rw services, are past lives, deceased loved ones, the call to release certain bad habits, emotions that may be difficult, other realm talk, and alternative methods to reach goals using holistic modalities.  

Does RW offer refunds?

​

​Ritual Women does not offer refunds for coaching programs or individual sessions. The work we do together requires a commitment of time and effort on both sides. However, if you feel the program is not a good fit after the first session, please reach out, and we can discuss alternative options or adjustments to ensure you’re getting the support you need. You do also have the option to first set up a free 15 minute consultation with Neona, to see if RW is right for you before booking. 

What happens when a program is completed?

​After finishing a program, you’ll have a clear roadmap to continue applying the rituals and methods we’ve discussed, and you’ll maintain access to all of the resources shared during the program. I offer ongoing support through follow-up sessions or check-ins if you’d like further guidance. 

Where are Moon Circles held?

​

Moon Circles will be held virtually until the Summer of 2026. Virtual circles are two hours in length. When summer arrives, gatherings will be held both in person in San Diego and Los Angeles at either my home or a local yoga studio or other space lasting 3-4 hours in length (depending on how big the gathering is), as well as continue to be held online. They are offered online for both the New and Full Moon phases at two time slots. Stay up to date for dates and times of circles. 

What's included in a Moon Circle?

Online Moon Circles include group Meditation, Nidra Yoga, Moon Ritual, Community support, Sharing and releasing energy with communication and energy medicine, oracle cards, goddess education, reflective journaling, sound bowls, and intention setting. In person moon circles will also include all of the above, with the addition of arts and crafts, beverages and snacks, fire ceremony, crystals and stones, candles and other themed aesthetics, blankets, and a space to connect with women within your community. 

What is Ritual Women's Cancelation Policy?

I like to remain flexible with clients about cancelations because I understand that life happens and things come up, sometimes unexpectedly, and I too will sometimes need to ask to reschedule a session due to Endometriosis days. Because of this, I allow clients to cancel or reschedule a session without a financial commitment, as long as it's done within 2-24 hours before a session is scheduled. Anything that is canceled within less than the 2 hours before a session is to begin, will be charged 50% of the expected service charge. I will however, waive this fee if there is an emergency of course. I will also honor this policy on my end an make sure to inform you of any rescheduling needs within the 2-24 hour window. 

What are Neona's Certifications?

​

I am a Certified Holistic Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, as well as a Raw Foods Coach where I studied with David Wolfe. I am also a Certified Women's Wellness Counselor, with a focus in Ayurveda for Women's hormones, a Doula, with supporting studies on Yoni Healing and birth education. I have CEU's in Nidra Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, 200 hours of Vinyasa Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Children's Yoga, and Trauma and Anxiety Yoga. I am a level two Reiki Practitioner and Advanced Theta Healer, with studies in Energy Freedom Technique and Oracle Card readings. I have a background in the study of herbalism and aromatherapy, as well as flower essences and crystals. I'm also a certified Sound Healer, Ritual Host, Moon Guide (from the Wild Woman Project), and Retreat Host. 

What are some fun facts about Neona?

I'm a Libra, Pisces, Virgo. A life path number 5, and an INFJ, with an Indigo/Rainbow Aura. I have a majestic gentle giant dog, her name is Nymeria (she's my she-wolf). I also have two adorable cats! Gillian is orange and named after Gillian from Practical Magic, as well as Gillian Flynn (one of my favorite authors). Fae is grey and named after Fairies and a witch named Fae from a tv show. I love to write, read, watch movies (90's and early 2000's are my favs), get outdoors, indulge in self care rituals, spend time laughing with friends, and listen to music while crafting handmade products. 

Does RW work with male clients?

Ritual Women was designed with women in mind, and I hold additional supportive certifications to support women. However, a lot of my education is helpful to everyone and I am happy to work with male clients on a referral basis, most will come from my existing female clients. I also work with existing male friends and family. 

Does RW work with kids?

​​​

I am happy to teach kids and teenagers (ages 8-18) yoga, meditation, and energy medicine. These would also be scheduled on a referral basis from existing clients or friends and family.
