ALL THE ZEN
Your space is not only a reflection of you, it's also a guide of your energy and deeply affects how you feel. In Feng Shui, they believe that clutter and wrongly placed furniture, can affect your well being, your relationships and your finanicial health. In order to counteract this vibration, you need to work with color, spiritual concepts, and space. When I visit your home, we will work to cleanse it of any ick, using sage, sound bowls, intention setting, energy medicine, incense, and crystals. We will also clear out closets, junk drawers, fridges and cabinets of anything that is no longer serving you. Things will get organized! Once the space is cleansed and tided up, inviting positive flow of energy back into the home, you will pick an area to create and design your Zen. This is where we will often begin Yoga, Mindfulness, and Meditation practices. If you already have your zen space set up and ready to go, we can absolutely just start from there. These sessions will also be done remotely via virtual platforms.
You can use this space to meditate, do yoga, write, read, and relax. We will fill it with candles, plants, and items that bring you all the cozy. Sessions can be spread out over a period of days or done within a day, depending on how much work we have to do. The end result is all the same though, you'll feel yourself and your home vibrating higher. It's those feel good vibes we all crave. Yoga and Meditation are natural resources for us to connect to our bodies and gain control of our minds. With each breath, we're moving energy and making room for the good stuff! This work empowers your higher self to use its voice.

One on one Yoga and Meditation sessions offer the opportunity for you to feel zen in your own space, and to learn with a more specified focus. These modalities help with anxiety, trauma and depression. They also both help to reduce stress, calm the mind, ease the nervous system, inspire creativity, and move unwanted energy or thoughts. They are great supporters of emotional health and well being, as well as a fun and reliable mood booster!
