I’m a Yoga & Meditation Coach — and also your personal Zen Space guide. I blend yoga instruction (poses, breathwork, and relaxation) with holistic health coaching, meditation, and energy medicine, creating a tailored approach that supports your body, mind, and lifestyle goals. This is about long-term transformation, far beyond the mat or a studio class. I provide accountability, daily rituals, and practical tools to help you manage stress, shift habits, and enhance well-being.
Your space is a reflection of your energy. Clutter, blocked energy, or poorly arranged furniture can affect your mood, relationships, and even your flow of abundance. Together, we’ll clear and align your space — from sage and sound bowls to crystals, intention-setting, and energy work. We’ll tackle closets, drawers, fridges, and cabinets to remove anything that no longer serves you. Once your space is aligned, we’ll create a Zen corner for meditation, yoga, reflection, and relaxation.
If your space is already Zen-ready, we can dive straight into yoga, mindfulness, and meditation practices. These sessions are flexible — remote or in person, spread out over time or in one immersive session. The result? A home and self that vibrate higher, inviting calm, clarity, and joy.
