MOON CIRCLES
FIND YOUR TRIBE
Moon Circles are all about Community. This is where you meet local women and honor the goddess in you. Working with the Moon can have a significant impact on your life. When we positively engage in its cycles, our periods are more potent with intuition, dreams, and creativity. Gathering with women within your community, also creates lasting bonds and is proven to relieve stress. Sharing in a safe space, laughing, growing, these are all things that awaken love for life, for oneself, and the spirit.
I am a Certified Moon Guide via The Wild Woman Project with Chris Maddox. I am also a Certified Retreat Host with Yoga Renew. I have been hosting Moon Gatherings for 10 years, from Hawaii to California. In Circle we will share Stories, Craft, Meditate, do Yoga, honor the Moon, have snacks and tea or wine (must be 21 to attend), set intentions & hold space, Wild Journal, work with Crystals and Stones, as well as Sound Bowls.
I hold Certificates in multiple styles of Yoga, including Nidra, Yin, Restorative, Prenatal, and Children's Yoga. I have also taken two Yoga Alliance 200 hr Vinyasa Yoga courses. I am Certified to teach Mindfulness and Meditation, as well as Sound Healing. I’m a Ritual Guide and Retreat Host, with a background in Holistic Health from INN, RAW Foods. Women's Wellness, Ayurveda for Women, Energy Medicine (Reiki, EFT, Theta Healing), and Herbal Studies. I bring my education, empathy, and experience to every circle, creating a magical event.
What is The Wild Woman Project?
"The Wild Woman Project is at once a philosophy (an invigorating approach to life as a wondrous, often messy, creative project) & a growing movement of courageous, creative, heart centered (often weird & wonderful) women on a mission to remember, to reimagine what it means to be a woman – untamed.

Join us for a Wild Woman Project Circle, the annual WILD WOMAN FEST, in Wild Woman Project Circle Facilitator Training, Monthly New Moon Meditation Adventures and in weekly Wild Woman Underground with project founder, Chris Maddox.
What is our Mission? To awaken women to their most authentic, undomesticated nature, so they may feel like themselves, all the time, no apologies."-The Wild Woman Project
