Bringing the art of ritual into my life, helped me to heal and grow in ways that I didn't think were possible. I spent years fighting who I am and what I’m meant to do. Not because I didn’t want to embrace her, but I was afraid of being her. Honestly, I was also really fucking sad. What would others say, what would they think if I said all that out loud? Most of my friends and family would be shocked to hear me say that. I’m known for being someone that speaks her mind, stands up for herself, and "proudly clings to her weirdness, without giving a fuck." To a certain degree, these things are true. But I am still human, so I’m multifaceted. There are things I’m comfy with, and there are things that make me cringe, while I do the inner work. But it's part of the process. Getting rid of shit, whether it's built up toxins in the body, pain in the mind, or hurt in the heart, is not easy. In the end though, the work is so worth it. That more healed, badass, vibey version of yourself, she's ready to get to know you. I will help you to create and maintain good habits and routines that become sacred rituals. You will bloom. Setting clear intentions, and turning your thoughts into actions, enhances your life. RW is about learning how to process and work with your shit, while also turning it into something productive and beautiful, or letting it go. I’ve spent over 18 years studying Holistic Medicine and Alternative Modalities to help myself heal. I am a Trauma Survivor. I used to keep this hush hush, but that helps no one, not even me. In fact, it was a strong woman (my therapist at the time), that shared her trauma with me, sparking a light of hope within me. I hold Certificates in Holistic Health, Raw Foods, Meditation and Mindfulness, Reiki, Theta Healing, Women’s Wellness, Trauma and Anxiety Yoga, (with complimentary CEU’s in Nidra, Yin, Prenatal, Children's, and Restorative Yoga), Sound Healing, Rituals, Moon Circles, Doula Education, Energy Freedom Technique, Retreats, Herbalism and Aromatherapy. Each of these have assisted in my growth and helped me to come back to myself. I've spent years studying further, so that I could help other women. You have options at RW. You can choose a 6 week, 3 month, or 6 month path. After you’ve completed your journey, you’re encouraged to maintain sessions once a month (or once every few months), as regular checkins to help maintain your evolvement and accountability with yourself, as well as for energy tune ups. Together we will create a unique map just for you, infused with holistic modalities, to boost your health and vitality. It starts with a cup of tea, and continues with a new you.


RW
We will meet once a week, virtually or on the phone, and once a month in person (optional). During sessions we will catch up and create steps to obtain your goals. You will have assignments like cooking, cleansing and calming spaces, self care rituals, spending time outdoors, or working on a creative project. During sessions, we will meditate, do a little yoga, work with energy and intuitive medicine, sound healing, and practice breath work. I will also offer supportive book, movies, and course recs, as well as holistic material recs. Each project will help you move towards accomplishing your intentions.
There are many dimensions to female health and happiness, and the biggest transformations come when we look at you as a whole - this means tapping into your emotional and physical centers to create a magical and empowering space for you to transform. Each woman’s journey will be different from another and your program will be customized based on your specific needs. Discover what well-being means to you an co-create a wellness vision to explore your motivations for change – your “why." Find out what knowledge, strengths, and resources you have, and zone in on action steps. Create a goal, starting out with fun and easy tasks. We're going to help you to build (or re-build), and develop trust in yourself.
