RITUAL WOMEN

WELLNESS FOR THE WILD

About

01 about rw

RW supports women who are done shrinking — who are ready to return to themselves: their bodies, their inner strength, and their untamed wisdom — through the art of daily ritual.

This is a space for women with sensitive nervous systems, painful periods, cyclical bodies, and lived experience — and for anyone who feels called to slow down, live honestly, and move with their own rhythm (moon optional, badassness required).

Here, we regulate. We reconnect. We rebuild self-trust. Your journey might include body awareness, emotional regulation, mindset work, and gentle, embodied practices that actually change your life — without forcing anything. Healing isn’t a sprint; it’s a layered, cyclical, breath-by-breath process.

A ritual is a repeated, intentional act. Strip away rigid rules and dogma, and ritual becomes raw, alive, and yours — a way to meet yourself again and again, even on the busiest days.

Take a breath. Let your shoulders drop. Let your body talk. By showing up here, you’ve already chosen presence over pressure, devotion over discipline. This is where you tend to your energy, honor your cycle, and build a life that’s rooted in meaning, not momentum. Not through perfection. But through awareness, consistency, and the courage to listen. Stay awhile. Remember: your wild, intuitive nature isn’t broken — it’s unstoppable.

"In the times I've seen Neona, it was to address a deep pain that I felt was stuck in my bones. Each time I've floated away feeling like those issues no longer had a control over my life nor were present in my body. Neona is kind, gentle and has an incredible ability to make you feel cared for. I always feel stronger leaving our sessions and look forward to future appointments."-Ashley, Cancer

MEET NEONA

Hey Wildflowers, welcome to Ritual Women! I’m a Certified Holistic Health Coach (Institute for Integrative Nutrition) with badges in Energy Medicine, Meditation, Yoga, Ayurveda, Herbology, and Women’s Wellness. But honestly? Life was my real teacher: Lymphoma and Lupus at 21, High-Tone Pelvic Floor Dysfunction at 30, and Endometriosis at 32. Yeah…it wasn't all that fun.

After symptoms hijacked my life, I threw myself into alternative medicine and holistic healing. Over the past 18 years, I’ve experimented, failed spectacularly, learned, and healed. I know what works because I’ve lived it — and survived it, with a little sass intact.

As your Remote Health Coach, I’ll guide you through practical, badass, holistic tools — energy work, ritual, lifestyle shifts, and trauma-informed support — all delivered straight to your space, at your pace. RW isn’t about perfection, rules, or rigid programs; it’s about helping you feel safer, stronger, and unapologetically wild.

"Rituals are important because they empower us - individually or collectively. They help us work through difficult problems. They help us create habits. They help us to learn, to grow, to connect."

03 what the Wildflowers have to say:

"My sessions with Neona have been great start to finish. She has a warm and welcoming vibe, and does an awesome job of tapping into the energy around you. I always leave feeling uplifted, ready to take on the day, and better about whatever is going on in my life. I would absolutely recommend to check her out if you feel called."-Katy, Virgo.

"I've had energy readings with Neona and she is so amazing! I have never had a reading that went so in-depth about my past lives. I felt such a sense of relief after my reading. She helped me become more self aware of my Chakras and where I need to pay more attention so that I can heal my throat Chakra. She gives great tips on how to fully embrace living your best life with energy work. I'm so grateful and can't wait for more readings!"-Dana, Aquarius
